Hunting times are based on four periods of the day; when the moon is just starting to rise over the horizon, when the moon is directly overhead, when the moon is just setting below the horizon and when the moon is directly underfoot, all in relation to your exact location. We will record this information -- and more -- for each observation you enter into the database.

This is not just a blogging site, not just a hunting discussion board, and much more than an online hunting journal. This is a powerful, free database that will give you access to information from hundreds -- if not thousands -- of hunting observations. And the best thing is that this database is populated by hunters, for hunters.

Real-estate brokers use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to share information about properties with other brokers. The more details the selling agent puts into the database, the more information a buyer's agent can use when searching the database.

In the same way, the more observations hunters add to the database, the more information that can be searched and used by other hunters.
